An important part of the Dicor system is the lap sealant which renders a water tight seal along any of the roofs edges, around air vents, vent pipes, air conditioners and screw heads. The Dicor Lap Sealant is compatible with the EPDM sheeting and offers excellent adhesion to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized and concrete. Its self-leveling property improves the ability to continuously seal and remain flexible. Color matched to the roofing, the lap sealant is UV stabilized to prevent deterioration or discoloration and will not stain or discolor any substrate material to which it is applied. It is available in 11 ounce tubes, 5 gallon pails and 50 gallon drums.
